MGSDP Steering Group
The role of the Steering Group is to implement the direction of the Board in achieving successful delivery of the MGSDP strategy and oversee all work that will deliver the range of MGSDP projects.
MGSDP Technical Group
The role of the Technical Group is to implement the plans and instructions of the Steering Group, provide technical input and oversee all project work that will enable delivery of the range of MGSDP projects.
MGSDP Communications Group
The Communications subgroup oversees and deals with all aspects of communications and stakeholder management in relation to the MGSDP, both proactive and reactive, on behalf of the Board and Steering Group.
MGSDP Project Management Office (PMO)
The PMO supports the effective and efficient creation, management and delivery of an Implementation Plan for the Metropolitan Glasgow area. The MGSDP appointed MWH partnered with Halcrow, two of the country's leading water and environmental engineering consultants, to set up and run the PMO until 2012.
